Note: If decorative mortar is used for the finish layer, the putty layer is not needed, so as to reduce the construction process and save cost.

It is an integrated system comprising heat insulation, waterproofness, sound insulation and noise reduction.
The system has good compression resistance and point load resistance characteristics. It can not only meet the needs of bearing the weight of personnel and related equipment during roof system construction and maintenance, but also maintain stable effects of thermal insulation, waterproofness, sound insulation, noise reduction and fire prevention.
Used along with holed metal sheets, it is mainly applied in the planting roofs and flexible waterproof roofs of new, expanded or existing buildings.
3TREES’s fireproof and insulation rock wool board integrated system for curtain walls is specially designed for all kinds of curtain wall systems, with higher fire-resistant temperature, higher melting point, longer fire resistance time and so on.
3TREES’s special rock wool boards for curtain walls are used not only for fire prevention, smoke and gas separation between curtain walls and floorslabs, and between curtain walls and partition walls, but also for fire prevention and sealing of other building gaps, including gaps around pipes passing through walls or floors.
The composite rock wool boards with composite fireproof aluminum foils on the upper and lower surfaces of the boards can enhance the ability to block smoke and thus have better fire prevention effect.
The core material of 3TREES’s metal sandwich panel insulation system is the special rock wool strips for sandwich boards developed by 3TREES. When used on the metal panels, they can achieve natural deposition without crimped wool.
